Work with me

It begins with a situation.

Not with a programme, not with a product, not with a fixed sequence.

When the next step is not obvious

Sometimes it is a decision that does not become clear. Sometimes it is a transition that has not yet found its form. Sometimes it is a leadership situation in which many interests, expectations and dynamics come together.

In such moments, the point is not to produce quick answers. The point is to widen the perceptual field so that the appropriate next step can become visible.

Perspective shift as practice

In Aikido, a change of perspective often means taking the other person’s line of sight. Not in order to give in, but in order to recognize the next step from a wider perception.

This logic also shapes my work: What becomes possible when the situation is no longer viewed from the habitual position?

Situational sparring

Some encounters focus on a specific question: a decision, a conversation, a strategic turning point or a moment of transition.

Ongoing accompaniment

For a small number of people, I offer longer-term collaboration. It combines personal encounters, reflective space and situational sparring.

Experience-based spaces

As part of ongoing accompaniment, Aikido, calligraphy, clay or loam can be included at suitable moments as individual experiential formats.

Ongoing accompaniment

A longer-term collaboration creates a protected space in which important questions can be accompanied over time.

It is particularly suited to people who carry responsibility or stand at a significant point of transition.

  • Decisions under uncertainty
  • Leadership responsibility in complex situations
  • Transitions and reorientation
  • Questions of responsibility, impact and alignment
  • Situations in which more information does not automatically create more clarity

Availability and formats

When I accompany people continuously, I understand the collaboration as a reliable space over time.

My commitment is to do my best to be available when you need me — especially when a decision, conversation or situation cannot wait until the next regular appointment.

For this, we agree on a framework that fits your situation. It may include personal encounters, situational sparring by phone or video and prepared reflection time.

Individual requests are also possible when they concern a clearly defined question or decision situation.

Experience-based spaces with clay, loam or calligraphy usually take place in person. They require time, material, attention and a protected setting.
